Bluhm Denmark is a full-line provider for marking systems.
To the arry in the categorie coding consits: Inkjet- and Laser-coders, piezo-high-resoloution coders as well as consumption items like printheads or ink.

The Thermal inkjet-coders are used for absorbent and semi-absorbent materials, coding highs up to 100 mm and coding speeds up to 240 m per minute.

With printing-heights up to 100 mm the piezo-high-resulution coders can printtext, logos, barcofes and many more with a speed from up to 200m/min.

Laser codings are hard-wearing and easy to read. Products and packaging are simple to mark with them. Glass, ceramics, wood, plastic, rubber as well as printed and anodised surfaces can be coded and many, many more. Products can be marked when stationary and also while in motion.

Print and Apply Systems are used for the fully automatic printing and positioning of labels on products, trays, packaging and pallets. We can work together with you to draw up your own customised labelling system.

Label dispensers use pre-printed labels and are employed for wrap-around labelling, for the labelling of top-surfaces, side panels, bases or front labelling. Depending on the dispenser, labels can be either continuously applied or in start/stop or cyclical operation.

These extremely efficient All around- and Side-Labelin-Systems can process up to 350 products per minute. They are user-friendly and very versatile for the automatic labelling of a variety of products along a moving conveyer belt.

Desktop printers are versatile and can be used in barcode applications for example. Their size means they can be used whatever the time and place. The desktop printer is ready when- and wherever a label is required

Today barcode labels are being used to control goods flows and optimise operating processes. With costly packaging increasingly being dispensed with, the label now has even greater importance as the a means of conveying information or advertising the product. The combination of conventional labels with RFID technology is becoming more and more important.

Films are thermo-transfer ribbons required in label printing. These ribbons are available in a large range of qualities and colours. Weber Marking supplies thermal transfer ribbons for any standard label printer or thermo-transfer direct printer.

Using RFID, products and transit casing can be rapidly identified in a reliable, error-free manner, even under adverse environmental conditions. At the heart of the system is the “transponder”: a tiny computer chip equipped with an antenna. This chip stores a globally-unique serial number: the EPC (Electronic Product Code). In theory, applications are also possible that store a greater amount of data, such as individual article or serial numbers, use-by dates or lot numbers, for example. The process of reading the data does not require line-of-sight contact between reader and storage unit, and multiple storage units can be read in one sweep.
