Laser-coders

Laser codings are hard-wearing and easy to read. Products and packaging are simple to mark with them. Glass, ceramics, wood, plastic, rubber as well as printed and anodised surfaces can be coded and many, many more. Products can be marked when stationary and also while in motion. Marking speeds of up to 300 m per minute or 1,800 products per minute are possible, depending on the system and application.

e-SolarMark

The e-SolarMark is especially suitable for static and dynamic coding at medium speeds or less and is network-ready. This system easily handles permanent, high quality markings at high speeds on printed paper, card, plastic, rubber, wood, anodised surfaces, etc. Even glass and ceramic materials can be coded permanently.

e-SolarMark PET

It's a familiar problem: When coding PET packaging - especially in the beverage industry- critical material weaknesses may arise, thus running the risk of gas or liquid leaks. For this reason, Webermarking offers its well-known CO2 and fibre laser systems as well as two new CO2 lasers for marking PET bottles: The e-SolarMark PET and the SolarJet PET.

e-SolarMark HD

The compact e-SolarMark HD is a heavy-duty laser coder for high-speed marking for the most demanding of environments. The e-SolarMark HD comes equipped with a powerful laser tube. Products or packaging are marked with variable data at lightning speed. Even difficult materials, such as metallised labels found in beverage filling can be marked at very high speeds. Conveyer speeds of up to 300 metres per minute or up to 1,800 products per minute are possible, depending on the application.

e-SolarMark FL

The new e-SolarMark FL is a fibre laser which opens up new possibilities for enduringly non-wearing, easy to read and precise marking. The fibre laser technology guarantees the highest levels of beam quality and energy density. This makes it especially suitable for the labelling of materials such as stainless steel, plastic (ABS), plastic films and many other materials.

e-SolarMark CFL

The innovative e-SolarMark continuous fibre laser from Weber Marking systems sets entirely new standards in film coding, which you may have seen on chocolate bar wrappers in the confectionary sector. For the first time ever, even thin and fragile films can now be coded with clearly legible text using a laser. All this comes without damaging the film which may arise with standard lasers.
