e-SolarMark CFL fibre laser

The innovative e-SolarMark continuous fibre laser from Bluhm systems sets entirely new standards in film coding, which you may have seen on chocolate bar wrappers in the confectionary sector. For the first time ever, even thin and fragile films can now be coded with clearly legible text using a laser. All this comes without damaging the film which may arise with standard lasers. The e-SolarMark CFl works with a different laser module and a different means of laser control (continuous wave instead of pulsed).
Its especially compact design means it is easy to integrate into existing production lines. Products can be coded while stationary or in motion. The e-SolarMark CFL has a simple operator panel. The system also comes with an optional alphanumeric keypad or touchscreen. Variable data such as real time, current data, serial number and expiry date can be configured easily with minimum fuss.
The marking field is 70 x 70mm, 100 x 100mm or 160 x 160mm depending on the laser head. The laser offers marking functions without an external PC or terminal, and uses a 100% reliable LINUX operating system. 100% data redundancy is made possible through the CompactFlash II memory card architecture on which the entire operating system all texts and settings are stored.

The data are either transferred via an RS232 interface or a network. Thanks to its IP52 protection, the e-SolarMark CFL is especially suitable for use in dry and dusty environments. The system has an output of 10W. A 20W version is also available.
The e-SolarMark CFL yields especially high returns thanks to its maintenance-free fibre optics and a service life of over 100,000 operating hours.
