Label dispensers

Label dispensers use pre-printed labels and are employed for wrap-around labelling, for the labelling of top-surfaces, side panels, bases or front labelling. Depending on the dispenser, labels can be either continuously applied or in start/stop or cyclical operation.

Alpha 86

This tested and proven, easy-to-operate standard label dispenser is the heart of all batch and special labelling systems. It is capable of dispensing speeds of up to 58 m per minute with highly accurate label positioning. Labels of up to 350 mm wide and 1 000 mm length can be processed.

Alpha V40

The Alpha V40 is a universally applicable label dispenser. To implement virtually all industrial labelling requirements quickly and inexpensively, a variety of versions are available: Wipe-on, tamp-blow, tamp-On, blow-box and 90° rotating stamp. All procedures label the products and packaging reliably and accurately.
